Who we are
OSAAB was built on a simple observation: most visa refusals are not caused by weak applicants. They are caused by weak applications — missing documents, unclear purpose of travel, financial evidence that raises more questions than it answers. The candidate was fine. The file was not.
We exist to close that gap. Our team prepares applications for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the Schengen states, and we specialise in cases that have already been refused once — work that demands a clear-eyed diagnosis of what went wrong the first time, not simply a second submission of the same paperwork.
Alongside visa consultancy, we arrange Umrah packages and tour itineraries, handling the documentation and the travel logistics under one roof so that nothing falls between two providers.

Travelling abroad — whether to study, to visit family, to perform Umrah, or simply to see the world — is never as simple as filling in an application form.
Every traveller arrives with a different history, a different purpose and a different set of requirements. Our work at OSAAB is to understand yours before we advise you on anything.
On studying abroad. Whether you want to study English Language in the UK or Chemical Engineering in the United States, we help you find the academic route that actually fits. English proficiency tests, statements of purpose, letters of recommendation, financial documentation — each carries weight, and a weak link anywhere can undo an otherwise strong candidate. We streamline the process and give proper attention to every component, so that what reaches the admissions office is complete and convincing.
On visit visas. Approval rests on how clearly you demonstrate your purpose of travel, your financial standing and your ties to home. We help you assemble and present that case properly. We also work extensively with applicants who have been refused before. A refusal is not the end of the road, but a reapplication must directly address why the first attempt failed — and that is work we know well.
On Umrah. A pilgrimage should be spent in worship, not in logistics. We handle the visa, the flights, the accommodation and the transport between the two holy cities, with clear guidance on what to expect at every stage.
On tours. From short regional getaways to longer international itineraries, we plan trips that are properly costed and properly organised.
