Umrah with OSAAB
A pilgrimage should be spent
in worship, not in logistics.
We arrange the visa, the flights, the hotels and every transfer in between — so that from the moment you leave home, the only thing asking for your attention is your prayer.

Most of the difficulty in performing Umrah has nothing to do with worship. It is paperwork, connecting flights, a hotel that turned out to be further from the Haram than the photographs suggested, and the quiet worry of arranging all of it from another country.
OSAAB removes that. We prepare and file your Umrah visa, book flights from Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi, reserve accommodation at the distance from the Haram you actually want, and arrange transport between Makkah and Madinah. One team, one point of contact, from first enquiry to the day you return.
We are visa consultants first. That background is why the documentation side of Umrah — the part that most often causes delays — is the part we are strongest on.
- Umrah visa prepared and submitted by our team
- Return flights from your nearest departure city
- Hotels in Makkah and Madinah, 3 to 5 star
- Airport transfers on arrival and departure
- Ziyarat transport between the two holy cities
- Guidance on rites, dress and what to carry
- A number you can reach while you are there

The difference between our tiers is comfort and proximity to the Haram — not the level of care you receive. That stays the same whichever you choose.

How your journey is arranged

Hotels, flights and transport priced clearly. No fee appears later that was not agreed at the start.
Documents and visa
We collect what is needed, check every page, and file the visa application on your behalf.
Travel and return
Tickets, hotel vouchers and transfer details in hand before departure, with our number if anything is needed.
What we look after
Visa documentation
Forms, photographs, vaccination records and passport scans prepared to the standard the application requires.
Accommodation
Hotels chosen for real distance from the Haram, not marketing distance. We tell you the walk in minutes.
Flights
Direct where sensible, connecting where it saves meaningfully. We explain the trade-off before booking.
Ground transport
Airport transfers and the Makkah to Madinah journey arranged, so no one is negotiating with a driver on arrival.
Groups and families
Rooming arranged so families stay together, with attention to elderly travellers and young children.
Support while away
A number that is answered. If a flight shifts or a hotel disappoints, you are not solving it alone.
What you will need
- Passport valid at least six months beyond travel, original for scanning
- Recent passport-size photographs against a plain background
- Completed application form
- Proof of the vaccinations Saudi authorities currently require
- Confirmed return flight booking
- Contact number and next of kin details
- For women, documentation of the mahram travelling with them where applicable
Saudi entry requirements are revised from time to time, including vaccination rules and the conditions under which women may travel. We confirm what applies on your travel dates before anything is submitted — never rely on a list you read months earlier, ours included.
Timing
Allow at least three to four weeks between booking and departure so that visa processing, flights and hotel confirmations can be completed without pressure. For Ramadan, and particularly the final ten nights, arrangements should begin several months in advance — hotels near the Haram are taken early and prices rise sharply as the month approaches.
Questions we are asked often
How long is the Umrah visa valid?
The Umrah visa is generally issued for a stay of up to 30 days, though the exact terms depend on the policy in force when your visa is granted. We confirm the validity applying to your application at the time of filing.
How far in advance should I book?
Three to four weeks is a comfortable minimum for ordinary dates. For Ramadan, begin several months earlier. Late bookings are sometimes possible, but the choice of hotel narrows and the cost rises.
Can a woman travel for Umrah without a mahram?
Saudi rules on this have changed in recent years and continue to be applied differently in different circumstances. Rather than give you a general answer that may not hold for your case, tell us the ages and relationships of those travelling and we will confirm the position that currently applies.
How close to the Haram will the hotel be?
That depends on the package. We quote the distance as a walking time rather than in metres, because the walk is what you will actually feel — particularly with elderly travellers, and particularly in the heat.
Can I add another country to the trip?
In many cases yes, subject to the airline and to the visa conditions of the country you wish to add. Tell us where you have in mind and we will price the itinerary.
Do you arrange group departures?
Yes. Families, extended families and community groups are a large part of what we do. Group travel usually improves both the pricing and the quality of the arrangements.
What happens if something goes wrong while I am there?
You will have a number for us before you depart. Flight changes, hotel problems and transport delays are the usual issues, and they are ours to resolve, not yours.
Ready to begin?
Tell us your dates and who is travelling. We will come back with an honest answer on what is possible and what it costs.
